We’ve put together everything you need to start your own phone sex business. All accounts come with the following standard features, and we also offer additional optional and advanced features to further enhance your service.

Personal Toll Free Number
Your very own personal toll free number. Your toll free number can be forwarded to any phone of your choice, including cell phones, and is yours to keep for as long as you have the service.

Automated Billing System
Your toll free number accepts debit and credit cards from callers through our automated billing system. Customers are prompted for their card information and pre-authorization is obtained before your phone ever rings. Once the call is completed, our system computes the total and finalizes the transaction.

Administration Website
You will be provided with your own login and password to our secure communications server. There you can configure your phone settings, set your pricing, upload audio recordings, and completely customize your service.

Customizable Prompts
When customers call your toll free number, they will hear your phone greeting and the prompts to enter their credit card information, etc. You will be able to customize the greetings and prompts in your own voice. This will allow you to give your callers a completely personalized experience.

Audio Upload
Instead of recording your greetings over the phone, you can prerecord and mix music into your own wav or mp3 files. Those files can then be uploaded to our system for free. All of the prompts and greetings, including hold music, are customizable. This gives you a great deal of flexibility to customize the style of your toll free service.

Live Service or Prerecorded Content
You can answer the calls yourself or you can prerecord audio text messages for callers to hear.

Customizable Pricing
You can charge customers per minute, per call, or both. This gives you a flexible range of billing options.

Free Minutes
You can optionally give anywhere from 0 to 60 minutes free to callers. This setting applies to all incoming calls to your toll free number.

Customer Call Back
You can call back customers via our system. Your customer will be prompted to enter their credit card information just like they had called you. This is great for returning missed calls or placing wake up calls.

Flexible Hours of Operation
You can choose take calls 24 hours a day or you can set a schedule for your hours of business. This will automatically make you available or unavailable at your preset times. When you are unavailable, the system will play your off hours message.

Off Hours Message
When you are unavailable to receive calls, the system will play your off hours message. This message is completely customizable by you. After callers hear your off hours message, they will be disconnected, or with optional voice mail, they can leave you a message.

Web Call Button
The web call button is a ’smart’ graphic that you can place on your website. The button changes to show if you are available, unavailable, or on the phone. Callers can click on your button to initiate a call to you. They are then prompted for their phone number and credit card information to begin a call.

Web Call Page
When callers click your web call button, they will see your web call page. You can customize your web call page by uploading a picture, writing some text, and optionally play a prerecorded greeting. Callers can enter their phone number and press a button to call you. After the call, callers will be returned to the web call page, or you can send them to your own custom web page, such as a survey, review, or wishlist.

Custom Web Call Button Graphics (New!)
You can use our free script to change the web call button images to your own custom images. This makes it easy to customize the design to match your website. The script can be used with any PHP enabled website.

Answer Pin
When you receive calls, you can optionally choose to have the system prompt you for a pin number to take a call. This is useful if a phone is shared by more than one person or where there is a need for privacy.

Call Reports
You can easily view monthly summary reports, monthly detail reports, daily detail reports, call logs, and credit card transaction reports. These reports give you everything you need to keep track of your business.

Block Callers
After a phone call you will have the option to block that customer from calling you again. Once a caller is blocked they will no longer be able to access the system.

Direct Deposit
Every month on the 25th you will receive a direct deposit into your bank account for your profits from the previous month. If the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, funds will be deposited the next banking day.

Call Monitor (New!)
You can see the status of incoming calls, including caller ID, and the number of callers waiting in queue, with the built in call monitor via our web interface.

Refunds
You can issue refunds directly to your clients at your option. Transaction fees and phone line charges will not be reversed when you issue a refund. You will be responsible for 100% of the amount.

Caller ID (New!)
You can set your account to display the caller ID of our system, display your personal toll free number, or to display the caller ID of the person calling you.

Configurable Call Queue (New!)
You can set the options for your call queue including the maximum number of people that can be on hold, maximum hold time, the number of retries to your phone, and the retry interval.

Missed Call Notification (New!)
You can set your account so that you are notified via email of any missed calls to your toll free number. A missed call happens when a customer calls your toll free number but you do not answer.

Test Mode
Upon your request, we can place your account in test mode. Test mode bypasses the credit card prompts so that you can call your number and test your service to make sure it works just like you want before advertising your service.

Standard Phone Lines
We use standard phone lines for our service NOT VOIP (Voice Over IP) so you never have to worry about dropped calls. Using standard telephone service allows us to provide you with the best possible service and clear connections.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. There are safeguards in place so that no customer will ever get your private information. All calls are routed through our communications system and your customer will never get your personal phone number or any information about you, even if they look up your toll free number.

Phone Answering Features
When you receive a call, you can press 1 to take the call, or press 2 for more options. If you press 2, you can put the call on hold, send the call to voicemail (with optional voicemail), and hear the caller ID of the person calling.
