Mass Edit
You can easily mass edit all of your extensions through your master account administration screens to change pricing, forwarding numbers, and more.

Play Extension Menu
You can enable callers to hear a menu of extensions available on your service. The extension menu is customizable through our audio upload interface.

Extension Hunting
When an extension is busy or does not answer you can choose to have the call routed to the next available extension. You can customize the order in which extensions are routed. All available extensions are tried in order until there are none left.

Extension Hunt Groups
You can create groups of extensions and configure extension hunting within each group. This will allow you to categorize your extensions and create a phone menu that allows callers to choose between the different categories.

Numeric Extension Aliases
You can reassign the default extension numbers. The default extension numbers start at 10, but you can can reassign them to any number you like.

Named Extension Aliases
You can assign names to your extensions to make large lists of extensions and operators more manageable. For instance, extension 10 could be given an alias of ‘Jane’ to make it easier to identify her extension in the list.

Linked Extensions
You can link several extensions together in a group so that when you change settings for one of them, the settings for the entire group change. This is different from the master account settings feature, which only allows mass update of all extensions.

Hours of Operation per Extension
You can easily set the hours of operation for all extensions at once, individually, or in groups by using the linked extensions feature.

Operator ID’s and Passwords
You can assign online ID’s and passwords to your operators. The ID and password will only allow access to pages that apply to that extension.

Enable/Disable Extensions
You can selectively enable or disable individual extensions. This allows you to turn off unused extensions, or turn on extensions for use by an operator.

Operator Voice Mail**
You can assign each operator their own voice mailbox, or you can route each one individually to the master voice mailbox. Voice mail is delivered directly to either you or your operators email address as an audio file attachment. You can use our system to call the customer back and still have them pay.
