You can easily add any of the optional features below to your service. These features allow you to expand and enhance your service. You can add support for multiple operators, create an identity through a vanity number, save on transaction fees, and more.

Phone Extensions
Additional phone extensions allow you to route calls to different phone numbers, offer a range of pricing, or offer a mix of live and/or pre-recorded audio text content. If you will have more than one operator, each will need their own extension.

Member Accounts
Enable callers to create a profile which will allow them to pre-purchase minutes for later use. Their pre-paid minutes must be used within 3 months or the minutes will expire. Their account will expire if they do not access it within 3 months.

Voice Mail
Allow your customers to leave you voice messages when they are unable to reach you. You can use our system to call them back. Voice mail is delivered directly to your email address as an audio file attachment. If you have optional phone extensions you can assign each extension its own voice mailbox, or you can route them individually to the master voice mailbox.

Vanity Numbers
A vanity number is a phone number that spells a word, name, or acronym. For example, 1-800-EXA-MPLE. This makes your phone number personalized and easy to remember.

Additional Toll Free Numbers
You can have multiple toll free numbers pointing to your single account.

Merchant Gateway Service
If you already have your own credit card processing account with a bank, you can use it with our service. Contact us for more information.
